Rex Bear is the host of the popular alternative information webcast Leak Project, where he leaks information about little-known alien contacts, ancient mysteries, and conspiracies of all kinds. He has conducted thousands of interviews with guests to his YouTube program that range in topic from fringe to mainstream and include NASA insiders, astrologers, UFO witnesses and alien abductees, authors, experts in many fields, and more.
He has amassed an audience of nearly a half million viewers as he digs into highly guarded information that has been suppressed for years and puts it in the hands of the average Joe and Jane, aiming to break the boundaries of normal and dissolve ignorance.
In his early life, Rex had an experience where he was visited by a being donning what appeared to be headgear antennas. Was it an alien, or an Ant Person? Throughout his life, he has been exposed to anomalous events and has surrounded himself with people who have also experienced bizarre and unusual happenings. While he has a curiosity for all things conspiratorial and out-of-this-world, the fascinating and paranormal seem to follow him as much as he follows them!
He is charismatic, kinda goofy, and irreverent in all the best ways. He brings levity to serious issues, and he's well-informed on a wide range of alternative theories, cover-ups, and historical anomalies. Whether it's digging into ancient writings and cave drawings, witness reports of UFO sights, spotlighting social injustice, or exposing conspiracies and coverups—Rex is on it. He will go there.
His world is adventurous, unmanicured, and in warp mode. Living out loud and with a motto of "be the change you want to see," Rex has a driving desire to truly make a difference and he inspires others to get off the couch and be the hero of their own lives. Rex sets out to be part of a global awakening to truth beyond the narrative, and to accomplish this it's time for him to step into a collaboration.
Penelope Jean Hayes is a viralenologist and the founder of the Viral Energy Institute for the study of contagious energy and its effects on planetary wellness, interpersonal relationships, and individual success and happiness. Her background includes 5 years on-camera hosting for an ABC News affiliate, and vast experience as an expert media guest including for national shows like Dr. Phil.
She was a Trekkie from a young age, she’s a “pragmatic-believer”, and she and her husband have experienced the strange orbs on their property. In 2020, Penelope had a long conversation with a trans-dimensional light being whom self-introduced as “Pax.” That conversation became the 426-page bestselling book titled Do Unto Earth, plus ten other volumes of published text. Then rather unexpectedly, in 2021, Penelope began communication with a high-level individual employed in a clandestine government program dealing with extraterrestrial contact: she has become educated on what the U.S. government knows regarding the existence of aliens and other insights into their communication and psychic powers, advanced power generation, and more. Penelope aims to share with public what she has learned about the truth about ET’s, rather than perpetuate fear-based wild conspiracies.
Now, utilizing both of these exclusive sources of information and comparing these with her research in viral energy and consciousness, Penelope is on a quest to learn more about advanced concepts of space, time, intergalactic travel, levels of consciousness in alien civilizations, and even the ability to have telepathic communication with animals and plants.
She is articulate, mindful of her words and actions, and radiates light around her. She is careful of what she shines exposure on, and her litmus tests are, “Does it add to enlightenment and raising consciousness?” and “Does it inspire love or fear?” Her world is one of zen-ful beauty and mindfulness. She's purposeful about turning around our pollution problem and awaking people to harm done unto animals and the natural world. Penelope is on a mission to spread higher consciousness, virally, and to share the knowledge to do so.
Are Rex and Penelope the real-life Mulder and Scully? Close. While aliens are indeed one of Rex and Penelope’s favorite and much-debated topics to explore, they look deeply at all forms of awakening consciousness. To typecast our hosts through the lens of The X-Files, we know that Dana Scully was a skeptic and Fox Mulder was a believer, yet today we have proof positive of alien existence—even confirmation from the U.S. Military. Believing or not believing is no longer the line of delineating opposites. “Are they real?” is not the question as much as “What are they and what do they want?”
Rex believes there are good and bad ETs just as there are good and bad people. Penelope believes ETs are our ancient ancestors and therefore the vast majority have good intentions towards us. She also believes that if they had wanted to, they could have wiped us off the face of the universe a long time ago.
Rex believes in the possibility of legends like nefarious alien activities such as violent abductions, cow mutilations, grotesque crossbreeding, the existence of subterranean dwelling “lizard-aliens” with an appetite for humans, and other legends that could be ripped directly from a sci-fi horror flick. Penelope believes such accounts are either made-up fiction, or government sponsored fake alien activity designed to discredit real ETs, or misunderstandings of ET scientific probes with no ill-will towards us. She also believes that ETs are trying to warn us about to our culture of violence, war, and environmental destruction.
Rex is sometimes goofy and goes off on hilarious animated skits. Penelope is more controlled, a grounding force bringing the focus back on target.
He's a Conspiracy Scientist. She's a Viralenologist, a researcher of contagious energy and consciousness.
A fascinating dichotomy of approaches, personalities, and lifestyles make this series must-watch TV. She says things like “Crikey!” He freely tosses around “Nanu Nanu.” Yet, it’s not all polarity; our hosts have more in common than first appearances reveal, and their chemistry is magnetic. While they often disagree on the “what” and “why” of anomalous things, they strongly agree on matters of consciousness and the need to raise consciousness globally as being the answer to many of the world’s problems and turmoil. They share a passion for all things extraterrestrial and cosmological and in learning about the innate abilities and consciousness of creatures from this world and beyond. For this shared mission they are fiercely loyal to each other and their partnership. Their rapport is fun and light, and yet, both are wholehearted and serious about their work. Both love animals and the natural environments in which they live and beyond. Both love humor and silliness in their private lives. Both are outgoing, majorly committed, and ready to get dirty if need be. Both are on a mission to light up the dark corners and change the world for the better.
These are not your Old School docu hosts; Rex and Penelope introduce a new breed of documentary personality that’s approachable and leaves the audience believing that they, too, have a voice and can make a difference in the world.
